CJC-1295 is a growth hormone releasing hormone analog with a drug affinity complex that stretches its half-life to days, producing prolonged GH elevation rather than natural pulses. That long tail is exactly why many protocols instead prefer its short-acting cousin, Mod GRF 1-29.
Here is the uncomfortable number: across 288 published tests and 54 tracked vendors, the best CJC-1295 score in our index is 48. Not one vendor clears 50. Compare that to GHK-Cu’s leaders in the mid-90s and the gap demands an explanation. Part of it is confidence adjustment, since per-vendor records here are thin, four to seven tests each. Part of it is the molecule, which is longer and harder to synthesize than a tripeptide, and whose label conventions are a mess (more below). Either way, the takeaway is not that the compound should be avoided. It is that no seller has yet earned the benefit of the doubt, so batch-level verification matters more for CJC-1295 than for almost anything else we track.
Two different molecules trade under this name. CJC-1295 with DAC carries the drug affinity complex and the days-long half-life; so-called CJC-1295 no DAC is really Mod GRF 1-29, a different peptide with a minutes-long half-life. Vendors routinely blur the two, and a COA for one says nothing about a vial of the other. Before buying, confirm which molecule the certificate actually names, then confirm the certificate itself verifies. Our Janoshik verification guide covers the second step.
It means no vendor currently combines enough published tests with good enough results to earn a high confidence-adjusted score. Thin records cap scores by design here.
As of September 2026 the top-scored vendor last tested in April 2026, and one top-five entry dates to August 2025. Weigh the last-tested column heavily on this leaderboard.
The exact molecule (with or without DAC), the batch number matching your vial, measured content in milligrams, and a verification key that resolves on the lab’s site.
